Paul is a qualified chef and grows vegetables for use at his restaurant as well as for guests at the villa.  Paul is also a qualified Angling Guide and can arrange angling trips during your stay.

PÓL O'D Restaurant

Paul is a qualified chef and along with his wife, Geraldine opened PÓL O'D Restaurant in 1998.  The name PÓL O'D is actually derived from Pauls name which is Pól O'Dubhda in Irish and was shortened to Pól O'D.  

The restaurant is now well established and the most popular restaurant in Ballyconnell and attracts customers from all around the area and surrounding counties, north and south of the border as well as tourists to the area.
